KAMPALA, Feb. 4 (Xinhua) -- Zambia coach Florence Mwila has clarified her team's target of a win against Uganda in their upcoming FIFA Under-20 Women's World Cup qualifier.

Uganda will host Zambia in the first leg of the third qualifying round on February 7 in Kampala.

"We are here to get a win so that we make it easier before the return leg in Zambia," Mwila told Xinhua after arriving in Kampala on Wednesday.

Mwila expressed confidence in her squad's preparations. "We have done some homework about the Ugandan team and know what to expect," she added.

Uganda coach Sheryl Ulanda Botes said her side is focused on making home advantage count. "We are preparing well and the players know what we need from the home game," she said.

Uganda advanced to the third round after eliminating Namibia 5-0 on aggregate last year, while Zambia defeated Burundi 4-1 on aggregate.

The winner over the two legs will qualify to face either Ghana or South Africa in the final round of the qualifiers.

Four African teams will qualify for the 24-team World Cup finals to be held in Poland in September.
